Especially since Covid, the relationship with our hospitality partners has gotten tighter. Medyca is currently the only service provider in southern Tuscany that can come perform a Covid test directly in the patient’s room, and email the result in English in less than 24 hours. We are also qualified providers of the European Green Pass, a document that allows holders to avoid further testing and quarantine when entering another country.

What do we do?
We provide multi-language medical appointments, at home directly in the patient’s room, on same-day of request. Our doctors speak Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, and we have the possibility of providing professional translators in Russian and Chinese.
Additionally, we provide a medical report in the patient’s own language, to guarantee refund from the patient’s health insurance provider.
Covid-19 Testing for Hospitality
To support our partners during the pandemic, we have recently introduced the possibility of performing house-call Covid-19 testing. We are able to come test your guests directly in their room and email them the results shortly after. Price per test varies on group size and Distance from Siena, click here to see more details.
Only for our hospitality partners who want to offer Covid tests to all or most of their guests, we offer significant bulk discounts. You can purchase upfront for a larger amount of tests, saving significantly on the cost per each test, and then just pay a flat fee every time we send a doctor.
